ESF Monitoring Data Collection ESF Project Managers Background All projects which are funded through the European Social Fund must collect data on the Companies and Individuals involved in such projects for the compilation of European Employment Strategy statistics. Data Collection: aggregate data at project level Each year, Project managers must complete a questionnaire giving details of the project's beneficiaries and return it to the Implementing Body which approved the project. This will be done on a paper form and does not require you to enter any information about individuals. This form will normally be issued by the Implementing Body to you following the end of the year being monitored along with the date by which the form has to be returned.
