The Managing Authorities delegate responsibility for implementing parts
of the Programme on the ground to a range of organisations called Implementing Bodies.
These Implementing Bodies are responsible for receiving and processing project
applications and receiving claims for payment. The Measure Sheets within the
Programme Complements show which Body is responsible for any measure.
